Small b Accounts was founded in 2000 by Bridget Evans and it all began by chance. GST had just been introduced to Australia and Bridget was helping a bookkeeper work through the changes. The bookkeeper told her she was so good at it she should do it all the time! The rest is history, and Small b Accounts was founded a month later.
We look after clients from a range of industries: engineering, construction, veterinary, IT consulting, health and wellbeing, web design, store fitouts, business coaching and property development – just to name a few!

Bridget Evans
Founder
Bridget Evans is the principal of Small b Accounts. Bridget is a registered BAS Agent and a qualified bookkeeper. She is a member of the AAT (the professional body for bookkeepers). As well as becoming the one-stop-bookkeeping shop for her clients, Bridget wants to make sure she puts a smile on every face! She loves spending time with family and friends, eating out and cycling.
Jennifer Davie
Accountant
Jen made the switch from working as an accountant in Public Practise to join the team at Small b Accounts as Bridgets 2IC. Jen initially came onboard as a part time bookkeeper but she loved working with us so much that she joined the team in a full-time capacity in 2022.
Outside of work, you’ll find her perusing her passion for running, walking her dog Lara on the beach, or studying for her CPA.
Jean
Bookkeeper
Jean is a bookkeeping whiz! She was working for a large engineering company doing admin work when Bridget first met her.
She has since come on board in a full time role and is now the senior bookkeeper on our team.
In her spare time, Jean enjoys walking her 3 dogs, catching up with friends and going to the gym to use the treadmill or do some weight training.
Vivien Figuro
Bookkeeper
Viv has a great eye for detail. Her background is medical having worked for a large US company so she is used to dealing with a high volume of data!
Viv commenced with us just in July so she is a newest team member! Viv has a gorgeous cat called George and lives with her parents and brother.
She enjoys a walk after work and going for a coffee with friends.
